The AWA Board of Directors, on a 3-2 vote, approved the award of the engineering contract for the Ione & Tanner Water Treatment Plant Interim Upgrade Study.  Directors Moore, Thomas, and Cooper for voted in favor.  Directors Condrashoff and Dunn voted against. 

Encourage the Board of Supervisors to put this entire "Home Rule" statement in the new General Plan
