ACRG will not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected at our site, including membership forms or email lists.

Browser information collected on the website:

ACRG analyzes website logs to constantly improves the value of the materials available on our website. Our website logs are not personally identifiable, and we make no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site.

E-mail Communications:

Except for your authorization as given on the membership application form, e-mails to members will be sent automatically only for membership expiration reminders and for notification of ACRG positions regarding specific issues, public officials, or candidates for public office.

ACRG makes no guarantee to send messages to voluntarily disclosed e-mail addresses. We reserve the right to remove e-mail addresses from our mailing lists for any reason we deem appropriate. 

Privacy of our email lists:

ACRG maintains email lists to keep ACRG members and other interested parties informed about breaking events. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone.

Correspondence:

ACRG reserves the right to publish correspondence we receive on our website. Correspondence includes, but is not limited to, e-mail, letters, faxes and any other kind of written or verbal correspondence. ACRG may or may not publish the name or the initials of the sender along with the actual correspondence.
