Concern: Negative Economic Impacts

Many of the proposed new regulatory powers have no economic impact or cost analysis proposed.

With the existing bureaucratic maze proposed to be increased in this draft, the economic effects should certainly be considered carefully.  The same goes for proposals which would add to the County’s already tight budget.  Amazingly, these impacts are completely ignored in this draft.  Does this make any sense at all?
